Here’s what I remember on the other:

For soon the spring will open

He will go back where he’s a handsome clerk
You should see him
climb that ladder
He’s as nimble as a fox
For he is one who can handle
That old three cornered box (the box they used to carry mortar up the ladders, which I understand Papa used to do)
The bosses they all hollar
Hey keep your head turned upwards and let no mortar drop
But my old man is careful
No mortar does he drop
