The Chipmunks & The Chipettes

The Chipmunks & The Chipettes are a fictional musical group comprised of animated chipmunk characters. They were created by Ross Bagdasarian Sr. in 1958 and gained popularity through their novelty Christmas song "The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late)." The Chipmunks, consisting of Alvin, Simon, and Theodore, are known for their high-pitched voices and playful personalities. The Chipettes, introduced in the 1980s, are a trio of female chipmunks named Brittany, Jeanette, and Eleanor.
