two and a half days of not sleeping and sheer unbridled desperation and determination later, I have finally found the song I’ve been looking for for like 6-8 years since I last heard it. Okay so at the time of writing this I haven’t found anything concrete yet but Baby Blue by Action Bronson has the line “
I know the thought of me succeeding makes a lot of people nauseous” which is something I think, nauseous isn’t an often used word in songs
and the song The Reason by Brett Eldridge has the line: “The thought of me crying would make you disappear”

Hello, I’m hoping I can get some help finding a song, it’s a honestly astonishing how much I’m pretty sure I remember of this song and yet I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. I do have auditory processing issues but they’re not that bad, so while there’s definitely some margin of error to these lyrics I’m pretty sure they’re pretty accurate:

I believe it opens with:
“This hotel is cheap and my pillow stinks and there’s not a single thing to say it’s Christmas Eve”

And also has the lines “Oh Jesus, Joseph Mary, oh Saint Nick, I know I’m not on your list but I need a bus ticket” and something about “because it’s a long road” and it may have also had the line “no im not dead yet” but I’m not certain?

I vaguely remember the music video being a guy walking around a town with a lot of lens flares or something? Any help would be appreciated! I’ve tried for years to find this song and somehow I just can’t! more »
