Looking for a pop/dance pop song from 2000s/10s, it was by a female singer. The lyrics I sort of remember are "Finally, the lights are going down [out?], You and me. Together in the crowd" that's all I remember but there was a music video where in some scenes she's wearing a strapless black dress and is singing in what looks like a lounge or sitting area of a club.
