I am looking for a song that told the story of a young person who found God, I think while attending a revival, then began to drift away from God whose voice became harder to hear with each successive sin until it became a mere whisper? I'm looking for an old song I used to hear on the radio, 40 years ago or longer. The lyrics told a story of a young man who clearly heard & was drawn to God's voice but as time passed this young man continued to choose the path that took him farther from God, God's voice became harder to hear until it was just a whisper.more »
