This song has been haunting me for so long I'm starting to wonder I imagined it. I heard it on a pop radio station in 1993. It was sung by a strong female singer like Mariah Carey. In the chorus the back up singers are singing a fast paced "Do you want me? Cuz I want you! Do you want me? Cuz I want your luuuuuvin!" over and over again while the lead singer beltin out "I GOTTA KNOoOoOOWW! YEeeeeAAAAAHHH!" These are horrible search words so I've never been able to find it.
